What to know before you sign
You stay in control
Nothing is published without your approval. Everything arrives as a draft in your account, and you schedule it yourself.
The accounts are yours
I work on your pages through delegated access. If we stop, you lose neither your accounts nor your brand guide.
Tools and budget
The scheduling tool subscription is on you: a free account is enough for Starter. The ad budget is separate from the fee.
Revisions included
Two rounds of revisions per post. Beyond that, we fix the brand guide rather than the visuals one by one: it's faster and solves the problem at the source.
Questions
Questions I get asked
How long is the commitment?
There isn't one. The contract is monthly, with thirty days' notice. The 10% and 15% discounts apply if you choose to pay six or twelve months upfront.
What language do you write in?
French, Modern Standard Arabic or Darija. The language is set in the brand guide at the start. If you want to publish in two languages, Arabic translation of every post is an option at 390 MAD per month.
How long before the first post?
One week. Three to four days for the brand guide and templates, then the first batch of content goes out for review.
What if the results don't come?
On social media, the first three months are mostly about finding what speaks to your audience. The monthly report shows what worked and what didn't, and the brand guide is corrected accordingly. If nothing moves after three months, I'll tell you and we'll stop.
Do you answer customer messages?
Moderation of public comments is included from Growth upward. Private messages stay with you: they often lead to a sale and require knowing your stock and your prices.
