Independent developer · Founder of Nibblify
About Zakaryae Ait Ouamer
Zakaryae Ait Ouamer (in Arabic: زكرياء آيت وعمر) is an independent software developer and the founder and lead developer of Nibblify, a food ordering and delivery platform he started building in 2024. He created Nibblify’s three Flutter apps, published on the App Store and Google Play: Nibblify Partner for restaurants (released on the App Store in January 2026), Nibblify Food for customers (March 2026) and Nibblify Driver for delivery drivers (September 2026). In August 2026, Nibblify signed a pre-incubation agreement with Le Mans Innovation; customer ordering has not opened yet, and the delivery launch in Le Mans, France, is being prepared. For clients, he builds mobile apps and websites, such as the multilingual website of Camera4World, a video-surveillance company in Morocco. He also offers a separate social media management service for businesses in Morocco. He works remotely, in French, English or Arabic.

What I build
Apps and websites
I build Flutter apps for iOS and Android and Next.js websites, with Firebase or Supabase backends, for founders and businesses. The four fixed-price packages, from a website to a multi-app platform, are set out on the development pricing page.
Two guides go further: how much a mobile app costs, and how to build a food delivery app.
Social media management in Morocco
A separate service for businesses in Morocco: I write the posts in French, Modern Standard Arabic or Darija, design the visuals to the client’s brand guide and deliver them as drafts in the client’s scheduling tool, for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, in three monthly plans.
How I work
One person, working with frontier AI models
I design and build every project on my own, with frontier AI models: this is how I built Nibblify’s four apps, including the operations portal, and their backend.
A price fixed before work starts
After a free scoping call, you get a written quote within 48 hours: screens, features, schedule and a fixed price. Anything added is quoted separately.
Something to try every week
A preview link for a website, a test build on your phone for an app: you can steer early, while changes are cheap.
You stay in control
The code is delivered in your Git repository, and the domain, hosting and store accounts are in your name. For social media management, every post arrives as a draft in your account, and you schedule it yourself.
No invented figures
Figures shown in app screenshots are flagged as demonstration data, and the case studies claim no traffic or revenue figures.
Work and case studies
Two case studies set out the role, technologies, current status and limits of each project.
Nibblify
Three Flutter apps, a shared Firebase backend and an operations portal.
