You stay in control
Nothing is published without your approval. Everything arrives as a draft in your account, and you schedule it yourself.
The accounts are yours
I work on your pages through delegated access. If we stop, you lose neither your accounts nor your brand guide.
Tools and budget
The scheduling tool subscription is on you: a free account is enough for Starter. The ad budget is separate from the fee.
Revisions included
Two rounds of revisions per post. Beyond that, we fix the brand guide rather than the visuals one by one: it’s faster and solves the problem at the source.
Frequently asked questions about social media management
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum commitment: the contract is monthly, with thirty days’ notice. The 10% and 15% discounts apply if you choose to pay six or twelve months upfront.
Agency or freelance social media manager: what’s the difference?
With a freelance social media manager, you deal with one person: the one who writes your posts and designs your visuals is also the one who answers you. Plans are monthly with no minimum term, and everything arrives as a draft in your account, so nothing is published without your approval.
What language do you write in?
I write your posts in French, Modern Standard Arabic or Darija. The language is set in the brand guide at the start. If you want to publish in two languages, Arabic translation of every post is an option at €35 per month.
How long before the first post?
The first posts are ready for review one week after the start: three to four days for the brand guide and templates, then the first batch of content comes to you for approval.
What if the results don’t come?
If the results don’t come, the brand guide changes: the monthly report shows what worked and what didn’t, and the editorial line is corrected accordingly. On social media, the first three months are mostly about finding what speaks to your audience; if nothing moves after three months, I’ll tell you and we’ll stop.
Do you answer my customers’ messages?
I answer public comments from the Growth plan upward, as part of comment moderation. Private messages stay with you: they often lead to a sale and require knowing your stock and your prices.
